Effective October 29, 2026. Home Inspection Expert Witness is a trade name of WALKED LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, operated by Shaun Atkinson, Ohio licensed home inspector OHI.2019006734.

What we collect

Only what you type into the intake form or send by email: name, firm, email, phone, jurisdiction, deadline, case type, parties and description. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics.

How the form works

The form is delivered by email through a third-party form service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), to info@homeinspectionexpertwitness.com. FormSubmit processes the submission under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use it

To run a conflict check, reply to you and, if engaged, carry out the engagement. We do not sell or rent your information or use it for marketing lists.

We treat materials you share as confidential and use them only for the engagement, except as required by law or court order. Intake form submissions pass through a third-party form service (see Privacy). Please don't send documents through the form; after the conflict check we'll arrange how to share them.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed for conflict checking and recordkeeping. To ask what we hold or to request deletion, email info@homeinspectionexpertwitness.com.

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
